These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Seven Figure Academy ("SFA") and its course platform at launchwithjake.com. By purchasing or accessing SFA, you agree to these terms.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access SFA course content for your own educational and business use. You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials.
You agree not to:
3-Day Refund Window. You may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than the first module of the course content. To request a refund, email moneywithjakee@gmail.com with your order confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
After 3 Days. All sales are final after the 3-day window. SFA also offers a 30-day action guarantee — if you complete the coursework and take the required actions without seeing results, we will work with you personally until you do.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
SFA members may participate in the affiliate program and earn commissions on referred sales. Affiliate commissions are paid through Stan Store subject to their payment terms. SFA reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination and commission forfeiture.
Results vary. Any income figures mentioned are examples and not guarantees. Your results depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. SFA does not guarantee any specific income outcome.
All course content, videos, materials, and branding are the property of Seven Figure Academy and Jake. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity, without refund.
SFA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or application of course content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
